I’m Cory Lucas, a husband, father, and registered nurse with over a decade of experience in patient care. Throughout my years working in hospitals, I’ve seen firsthand how stress, exhaustion, and poor health can take a toll on people’s lives. That’s why I’m passionate about making wellness more accessible and helping others feel their best. When I’m not caring for patients, I’m spending time with my family, traveling, golfing, fishing, or rooting on my favorite sports teams. For me, it’s all about balance—staying healthy while still enjoying life.
