My name is Kathi Vaughn. First and foremost, I am a wife, mom, and grandmother—my family means the world to me and is my greatest source of joy.

Career-wise, I’ve been a nurse for over 30 years. I began as a CNA, later becoming an LPN floor nurse in long-term care. After 15 years, I finished that chapter as Director of Nursing. During that time, I worked my way through school, earning my ADN, then my BSN, and finally my master’s degree. I took the long road, but I wouldn’t change it.

In 2007, I became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Since then, I’ve worked in wound care, and eventually transitioned into family practice, where I continue to serve patients today. I also work PRN at a local urgent care. My passion has always been helping people.

Since 2020, I’ve been increasingly focused on food and supplements as medicine. I believe lifestyle changes are the foundation of good health and the key to preventing chronic illness. I hold both a functional medicine certification and a plant-based certification, and I’ve been incorporating these principles into my daily practice. I’m encouraged to see more and more patients seeking lifestyle changes as part of their healthcare journey.

I am deeply interested in helping shift our current “sick care” system back into the true healthcare system it was meant to be. After experiencing my very first Meyers infusion, I was hooked, and I’ve since recommended it—and other Revive services—to many of my patients. I’m excited to continue this journey with Revive!
