I’ve spent more than a decade caring for patients at the bedside, from ICU to Med‑Surg, and those years shaped the way I care for people today. Nursing taught me how to listen, how to support someone through their most vulnerable moments, and how to see the whole person not just the symptoms in front of me. That same passion for helping people feel good in their own skin is what led me to create True North and expand into functional medicine and wellness.

My own journey is a big part of why I’m so passionate about this work. After losing 130 pounds and truly getting my life back, I understand what it feels like to want change, to fight for it, and to finally feel like yourself again. That experience makes me relatable, grounded, and genuinely excited for every client who walks through my door. I know what it’s like to start over, to rebuild, and to rise. I bring that same energy and encouragement into every appointment.

I’m a mom of two, a scuba diver, a traveler, and someone who believes in living fully. I love helping others feel strong, confident, and capable, and I’m committed to giving back to the community that shaped me.

My mission is simple: to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves inside and out.
